Suuchi Inc., the next generation supply chain platform for fashion brands and retailers, announced the appointment of Mark Herman as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Herman will oversee the company’s financial operations and strategy, guiding the organization through the next stage of growth.

Herman has accumulated over three decades of experience growing early-to-mid stage companies, propelling them to sustainable growth. Most recently, Herman served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer & Secretary at Folio Dynamics Inc., a leader in SaaS-based Wealth Management Systems and Services. At Folio Dynamics, he managed the acquisition of the company, grew top-line revenue, improved margins, and expanded headcount, while working with operations to restructure processes, improve efficiencies, and cut costs. Before that, Mr. Herman worked to scale companies across technology, product development, and SaaS software industries at companies such as Ringleader Digital Inc., mFormation Technologies, Inc., and PWC.
